The RSPS endline data collection effort utilized the following quality control measures: observation of enumerators by supervisors and the field manager, site presence by the field manager, daily quality control checks by the evaluation team, and auditing/re-interviewing of respondents.

Data cleaning involved identifying any missing responses, recoding text questions to numeric responses, and applying logical variable names and labels.
